If you are starting out on your journey, or considering buying some padlocks, buy in town before you leave. The price and choice in country towns is limited and expensive. Also, choose a pack of 2, 3, or 4 locks same keyed, you will get spare keys and don’t need to go through your “jailer-set-of-keys to find the right one.
